Once a company has calculated their B-BBEE scorecard using the Scorecard Calculator, it has the ability to prepare documents and evidence required for the verification of the B-BBEE scorecard. The Verification Checklist provides a central, secure and resilient repository for the collation and storage of all evidence that will be required. It groups the evidence logically and makes it easy to access the documents when needed.
Each item on the checklists can be assigned to an employee accountable for collating the relevant documentation as well as a specified date by which the document should be obtained. Once the documentation has been collated, the person accountable may upload an electronic version of the document into the system.
